3. Professional Mandrel Tube Bending
Unprofessional tube bending causes tube wall collapse, inner wrinkles and structural distortion, leading to unbalanced frame stress. We adopt mandrel tube bending technology, placing supporting core shafts inside tubes during bending to completely avoid deformation.
We pre-reserve steel pipe rebound angle according to material properties to ensure all bending radian and angles fully match design standards. Every bent part is inspected for symmetry to guarantee an integral, square and stable frame structure.
4. Tooling Positioning & Precision Welding
Freehand welding without positioning fixtures easily causes frame skew and overall deformation. We equip customized tooling fixtures to clamp and fix all components tightly, avoiding displacement during welding.

Auxiliary structures use gas shielded welding to balance efficiency and quality. 5. Sandblasting & Powder Coating Anti-Corrosion Treatment
Most go-karts work in outdoor environments, where unprotected steel frames rust and age rapidly. We conduct overall sandblasting to thoroughly remove oxide scale, rust and oil stains, improving coating adhesion.
